The pre-training and post-training work is conducted over GoToMeeting connection. Using our GoToMeeting (www.GoToMeeting.com) account and a high-speed Internet connection, you can see our computer screen and even control it using the mouse and keyboard. Or, you can allow us to see your screen and control it using our mouse and keyboard. This is a fantastic support tool for firms located in areas not supported by an expert in the applications you use. It is also a wonderful tool to answer questions that cannot be answered with just a phone call and which would normally require on-site assistance. Support via the Internet is less expensive than on-site support.
