McNeill group can customize Time Matters to your needs and train
your staff in its use, regardless of your location. We provide
a portable training classroom and hands-on training, an essential
element of the successful implementation of
Time Matters®.
Each
student is provided a Toshiba 3000 satellite notebook computer
running Time Matters and all other programs on which your staff need
to be trained. Depending on your needs, the instructor's computer
can be the file server for the training computer network, or the
notebook computers can all be connected to your local area network.
We
use a Sony LCD projector so that everyone can see the instructor's
screen during training. All equipment fits into an ATA-approved case
so it can be shipped as luggage on airlines.
Each
student is provided with a workbook that details the training that
is provided. The training is customized for each firm's
specific applications and needs.
Prior
to the training, we conduct a needs analysis and work with you to
customize Time Matters so that it is tailored to your specific uses.
We then prepare a training agenda that is reviewed with and approved
by you before we come on site. After the training, we provide
support and follow-up training.
